[Perth, Western Australia] - Assuro is proud to announce its selection as one of the recipients of the Innovation Booster Grant for the year 2023. The Innovation Booster Grant, awarded by the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation of Western Australia, aims to foster innovation and assist startups and small businesses across WA to commercialise their ideas.
The highly competitive grant program is a key component of the WA Government’s Plan for Jobs, and its approach to diversify the economy and create jobs. Assuro's selection as a grant recipient underscores the company's commitment to disrupting the bank guarantee market, and its contribution to the growth and advancement of Western Australia's innovation ecosystem.

With the grant, Assuro will accelerate development of its Bank Guarantee Switch product, a digital solution that will enable businesses to refinance their existing bank guarantees on improved terms. These funds will empower Assuro to provide Australian businesses with even more bank guarantee solutions that save time and money.
The Innovation Booster Grant reinforces the government's commitment to fostering innovation and economic growth within the state. By supporting organisations like Assuro, the government aims to drive technological advancements, stimulate job creation, and enhance the global competitiveness of Western Australia's innovation sector.
"The Innovation Booster Grant is a superb initiative by the state government in helping WA innovators overcome barriers to commercialisation and promoting economic diversification," added Leon Weston.
