[Perth, Western Australia] - Assuro, a fintech startup that simplifies the bank guarantee process for businesses, has been named the winner of the Business & Law category at Curtin University's Curtinnovation 2022. The program recognises and celebrates innovators developing new transformative solutions that could significantly benefit society.
Assuro’s disruptive bank guarantee platform replaces the four-to-six-week exercise typically experienced by businesses with a straightforward and efficient digital application process and management system.

Assuro works alongside one of Australia’s premium banks, with more set to be onboarded to the platform to issue guarantees applied for through the Assuro platform. The company has also embarked on a collaborative research project with Curtin University to assess digital bank guarantee solutions as the next evolution of bank guarantee products.
The Curtinnovation Awards recognise individuals and teams who are developing cutting-edge products and services with the potential to revolutionise and expand WA’s economy. The program is open to Curtin staff, students, researchers and industry partners, and celebrates entrepreneurship and innovation in the startup community.
