We understand how hard our clients work on their day-to-day operations. That’s why we have relationship managers like Jarred to help lighten the administrative load.
Get to know Jarred, our senior relationship manager who works as hard as you do.
About me
I grew up in the Perth hills and have migrated to Fremantle. On my weekends you will find me struggling to hit a ball straight on the golf course or at my local crossfit gym followed by a few beers or a Netflix binge.
My journey
I was the first employee to join Assuro and have watched with pride as the team and company continues to grow.
Joining Assuro was an easy decision. Being the first employee, it gave me a chance to help build the team culture, goals and procedures from the ground up.
As a fintech startup, it's great that every team member has a voice and new ideas are constantly being brought to the table. We all share the same vision for Assuro and most importantly, we all share in its success.
“It’s all about helping my clients achieve their business goals.”
The best part about my role
I love being able to help my clients achieve their business goals. Whether it's a construction company requiring a bank guarantee for a new contract or a small business needing one to move into their new premises, being able to assist my clients to help grow their business is what I enjoy most.
The online application process is appreciated by our clients for its ease of use, the amount of time it saves, and for all the ongoing support and management tools available. There’s nothing more rewarding than demonstrating our platform to a client for the first time, particularly if they’ve had a difficult experience elsewhere, and hearing their response to how simple and fast the process is.
Something that I think is really important to our clients is that they have a dedicated relationship manager. I pride myself on building meaningful relationships and being directly contactable if they need to speak with a bank guarantee specialist. I think the personal touch makes all the difference when you’re dealing with financial securities.
